To submit your media for a free data recovery evaluation please follow the steps below:
 

STEP 1 - Complete a 'New Project' form

Please print off and complete the 'New Project' form below with your details and include this when shipping your media.

STEP 2 - Package your media

Place your media in a suitably sized box.  If your media device has already failed it is important not to cause any further damage to your device during transit.  If possible place your media in a anti-static bag.  Then put the media device in a box at least twice the size of your media and use either bubble wrap, foam, or other type of anti-shock packing material to protect it.  (Please note: Jiffy bags are not suitable for sending hard drives or other types of digital media).


STEP 3 - Ship it to us

Send your package to our data recovery laboratory at the following address:

We recommend you use either a courier service or at a minimum Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service, which will not only insure your device in transit but also allow you to track it during the shipment process.
